I was really looking forward to these pieces, and reading the beginning of each one was really nice, but they've been really badly edited and cut to shreds. I'm really disappointed.
Yeah 'The Man' at the New Statesman is obviously more interested in creating a net user revenue base than engaging the kind of regular readers who will give them the hit stats to charge more for advertising. Grrrrrrrrrr
Someone should tell him it'll never work. People will NEVER pay to read a magazine online until everyone has a kind of portable e-book motherboard-superscreen so they can read it on the train.

you can check a new article in its entirety every day i think, it just won't let you check more than one. unless you're some kind of whiz with the cookies. i'd scan them in for you but it's too much hassle.
and joe, you can actually get NS articles sent to your blackberry i think. if you're a stone-cold, grade-a ponce of course.
