All I want for Xmas is

-the Seinfeld Season 5/6 box set
-some jamon serrano
-some Kahlua
-Athens 2005 for the PS2
-a hand-held blender so as to make soups more quickly
-to spend a day watching the entire Ashes DVD set from start to finish
-to get drunk in an awful pub in Streatham on Xmas eve as is traditional
-for FWD>> to become a weekly event
-lots of self-indulgent list-making
-some 'neath-the-mistletoe action
-world peace and all that

...and you. all of you.

oh, can I join you on the ashes thing. I have to do family stuff and they'll just make me eat perpetually. :(
Sorry, I am bored at work and should go home but I don't want to, and fuck I appear to be stuck in a mid90s pulp song.

I have the goods for the Ashes DVD. Ten hours! TEN HOURS! The 27th December is the closest day to Xmas I can do.

jen - yeah that'd be great, the more the merrier! it sounds like i'm gonna be outnumbered by ppl who know frankly terrifying amounts about cricket (yourself included). will keep you posted. which pulp song?

sara, firstly i don't believe that there's such a thing as a tesco value blender, and secondly, if there is, i can't take an eid present off you! unless you really don't want it... when's the festive trip to balham nando's btw? i want to put it in my diary ;-)

27 december is perfect.

we just need to convince alex to let us have it at his now so we can benefit from the comfy sofas (10 hours!!) - i think his parents are away.

well, two q's:

when is the london box active?
when is gabi available to come down? - she's coming too right?

because, y'know, me and sushon can go to balham nandos anytime (though we wouldn't go without you of course).

you have written both fwds in right? dec 15 AND the xmas spesh at ministry on dec 28?

and yes, i would love to take the blender off your hands, muchas gracias!!

SO WHENEVS. and i haven't sorted it out with gabi yet but she has to to brighton so she might not be here to give me moral support. unless we go in january.

oh, the one about the bed that starts "she doesn't have to go to work, but she doesn't want to stay in bed". Y'know when you just lack the energy to move and do things? Jen
